EAI Announces New Website Launch!

Our team is excited about our new website launch and the information and tools it provides for customers to better understand EAI’s services and provide an easy way to purchase, order or schedule services when you’d like. We believe that this new site will allow our visitors to have a very quick and easy experience as we continue to improve our customer service offerings and stream line the ordering process to make it simple and convenient for our customers. Our goal was to provide simple enhanced content with robust information focused on the Company’s mission of top tier service in our industry.

EAI’s new completely redesigned website offers visitors a clean uncluttered design, improved functionality and new tools for customers to request a quote and order or schedule service. The website also offers a list of current career opportunity’s, the ability to apply for the position along with news and press releases informing our visitors with what’s new or updated here at EAI.

There is a new “Request a Quote” feature included on our state of the art website. “Request a Quote” makes it easy for customers to communicate with EAI to obtain pricing quickly. If the customer has access to an I-Phone, I-Pad, computer or a telephone, pricing can be quoted and service can be scheduled on the spot. “Our new website is mobile assessable and we respond 24/7” said Buddy Johnikin, Director of Operations for EAI.

The EAI Green Building Recycling Program is compliant with the USGBC LEED Green Building Program. Whether the customer is trying to achieve SILVER or GOLD requirements EAI can assure its customers that they are on board and fully understand their waste disposal and recycling service goal requirements. To date, EAI has completed over 8,000 GREEN Projects in our region.

About the Company

EAI was established in 1992. The Company has enjoyed steady growth since inception. Currently EAI has over 150 employees, 100 trucks and 3,000 containers to serve the needs of its valued customers.

“Safety, training and an experienced team separates EAI from others” said Johnikin. All EAI employees must complete a rigorous onboarding process that includes actual on the road testing and successful completion of our internal safety training program. In addition each employee is required to participate in an interactive session between employees and management so that expectations between the employee and EAI are fully aligned. “At EAI, we continually strive for excellence and require that each employee conducts all business based on our Core Values” said Johnikin.
