Construction debris includes the following materials; land clearing waste, demolition debris, (including building, road and bridge demolition) and general construction debris.

UNACCEPTABLE MATERIALS

Items include, but are not limited to; hazardous waste, controlled substances, infectious waste, liquid waste, asbestos, automobiles, contaminated soil, drums and tanks.

BIG TRUCKS

Large trucks require a width of 12 ft., and a height of 14 ft. to clear entrances.

To place a container requires 70 ft., and the hoist must raise to 22 ft.

The payload capacity in Maryland is 16 tons or 32,000 lbs.
The payload capacity in Virginia and DC is 11 tons or 22,000 lbs.

SMALL TRUCKS

Small trucks require a width of 12 ft., and a height of 14 ft. to clear entrances.

To place a container requires 35 ft., and the hoist must raise to 19 ft.

The payload capacity is 6 tons or 12,000 lbs.
