That’s why we’ve made the process simple, straightforward, and stress-free. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions we get from our customers to help you plan with confidence.
Whether it’s your first time renting a dumpster or you’re a contractor who works with us regularly, EAI Roll Off is committed to making your experience easy and hassle-free. If you have a question we didn’t answer here, just give us a call at 301.428.0822; we’re happy to help you find the perfect solution for your project.
We offer a variety of dumpster sizes to meet different project needs, from smaller containers perfect for household cleanouts to large roll-offs ideal for demolition and construction debris. If you’re not sure which size is right for you, our team will ask a few quick questions about your project and recommend the best fit.
You can schedule a rental by calling us at 301.428-0822 or filling out our quick online form. Once we confirm availability and delivery details, we’ll get you on the schedule right away; often for within 24 hrs.
In most cases, we can deliver a dumpster as soon as the next business day. Same-day delivery may be possible in certain areas depending on the time of your request and our truck schedule.
Our standard rental periods are flexible to fit your timeline, and we’re happy to work with you on extended rental options if your project runs longer than expected. While we don’t charge daily rental fees, we do ask that the container be serviced at least once every 30 days. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll make the arrangements.
We accept a wide range of construction and demolition debris. Construction debris includes the following materials: land clearing waste, demolition debris (including building, road, and bridge demolition), and general construction debris. If you have any questions, just call us before you start loading.
Yes. Items that cannot go in our dumpsters include, but are not limited to: hazardous waste, controlled substances, infectious waste, liquid waste, asbestos, automobiles, contaminated soil, drums, and tanks. If you’re unsure about a particular material, give us a call before tossing it in.
We need a clear, flat, and stable space for the dumpster to be placed. Our regular trucks require 70 feet of space to safely deliver a container. If space is limited, we also have two smaller trucks that only need 35 feet. Make sure the drop-off area is free from vehicles, low-hanging wires, or obstructions, and remember that adequate clearance is important for safe placement.

If your dumpster will be placed on a public street or right-of-way, your local municipality may require a permit. We recommend checking with them ahead of time to avoid delays.
Pricing depends on the size of the dumpster, the rental length, and your delivery location. We pride ourselves on transparent, competitive pricing with no hidden fees. Call us at 301.428-0822 for a free, no-obligation quote tailored to your needs.
